At Mountain Dog, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
